Sysnet Global Services provides a portal for Bank of America Level 3 and 4 merchants to complete their required PCI Compliance validation activities. 

  • Merchants will get to the portal via a link in BA360 online banking
  • The Sysnet portal is white labeled so that the merchant is not aware that they are using a third party application  
    • Merchants who require external scanning WILL see "Sysnet" on their scanning reports since Sysnet is the ASV (Authorized Scanning Vendor) of record as required by the PCI Security Standards Council 

Sysnet provides the white labeled, customized portal as well as: 

  • Email communications (timing, content and format of these emails are set by Bank of America) 
  • Chat support 
  • Phone support  
    • Sysnet call center will answer calls as Bank of America PCI Support 
    • Sysnet can warm transfer calls to Bank of America merchant support, if questions turn to subjects other than PCI compliance 
    • Sysnet can escalate calls to PCI Program Managers for edge cases, unusual circumstances or high levels of frustration 
    • Bank of America merchant support can warm transfer calls to Sysnet, if questions turn to PCI compliance

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Central time, excluding US holidays
