Virtual Terminal: Accessing

The Virtual Terminal is available through a client's merchant services account in Business Advantage 360 (BA360).

Access Virtual Terminal

1. Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/smallbusiness/ for BA360.
2. Login with your online banking credentials.
   Merchant services accounts will be displayed on the main dashboard and may also be accessed through the Business Services or Accounts tabs.
3. Select the location you would like to manage (there may be multiple locations depending on the small business). The Merchant services dashboard will be displayed.
4. Click Virtual Terminal on the left navigation bar.
